This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit pickleball-arena.app and when you use the Tournament Manager app. In short: the website uses no cookies or tracking tools, and the app collects no data.

Website: what data and why

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare automatically logs technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to profile you and is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies, technical or profiling, and no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Fonts are hosted on our own domain.

If you pick a language from the menu, your choice is stored only in your browser (local storage) so the site opens in the same language: this is strictly necessary and needs no consent. You can delete it in your browser settings.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. acts as data processor. Some data may be processed in the United States; the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Tournament Manager app

The app requires no sign-up and sends no data to our servers. Players, results and tournaments you enter are stored only on your device; uninstalling the app deletes them.

When you share a results image, you choose who to share it with through your phone's apps. Google Play may process data about downloads and app performance under its own privacy policy.

Web app

The web app (currently at stm-z6t4.vercel.app) works like the app: no account, and tournaments and results are stored only in your browser. It is hosted by Vercel Inc., which, like Cloudflare, logs technical data (IP address, date and time, page) to run it securely; Vercel acts as data processor, with transfers to the United States based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

If you write to us

If you contact us by email, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, at any time by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page.
